Have you ever heard of a tetela? I went on a rabbit hole into the world of masa, and it is where I want to live!

We’re going to be bringing some new products and ideas to Bang Bang Kitchen and can’t wait to show you! We’ve been tasting and working with some of the heirloom masa from Masienda, and let me tell you, they are delicious! Not only is the masa quality, but it also uses sustainable and fair trade practices.

It’s going to be a busy few weeks at the end of April!

We have Plate of Nations from 3/21-4/6 AND Restaurant Week from 3/30-4/12!

Yes, you read that right, we will be rolling with both events for a week. Looks like someone messed up the schedule but at least this time it wasn’t me! :)
